- On the eBill Home page,
click Dispute Tracking.

- On the Dispute Tracking page,
verify that Dispute Tracking ID is selected.

- In the the Tracking ID field, enter the tracking ID for the dispute you want to view.
- Click Search.
- View the Dispute List to see the status of the
dispute with the tracking ID you entered.
