Dispute Activities

  1. On the eBill Home page, click Dispute Tracking. eBill Home page - Click Dispute Tracking.

  2. On the Dispute Tracking page, verify that Dispute Tracking ID is selected. Select Dispute Tracking ID.

  3. In the the Tracking ID field, enter the tracking ID for the dispute you want to view.
  4. Click Search.
  5. View the Dispute List to see the status of the dispute with the tracking ID you entered. View Dispute List.
