Bill Dispute activities allow you to dispute charges at the following levels, depending on your user role:

  • Foundation account level
  • Billing account level
  • Wireless number (also called Subscriber) level

You can also view pending and historical (past) bill disputes and their statuses, including those disputes created by an AT&T Customer Care representative during a phone conversation.

Note: You cannot search for or view disputes for billing entities you do not have permission to access.
