Eligibility Requirements

To use EDI, you must meet the following criteria:

Have a current, eligible Business Agreement type with AT&T.
Have a Billing Foundation Account Number (Fulfillment Foundation Accounts and Reporting Foundation Accounts are not eligible).
Have a minimum of 50 Corporate Responsibility User (CRU) lines per Foundation Account Number.
Have a Premier site with eBill access.
Have the ability to accept data by one of the following vehicles: AS2, SFTP, Connect:Direct or VAN.
Have the ability to process an EDI data file.

You will incur costs when using VAN as the delivery option. VAN does not support EDI 811 Detail Format Type.
