Change EDI

You can edit contact information or submit a request to change connectivity after your EDI implementation is completed.

 

Edit EDI Contact Information or Change Connectivity

  1. On the EDI Profile page, click Change Connectivity.

  2. Edit the contact information as needed.

  3. To request a change to connectivity, enter the details of the change request on the Change Description page, and then click Submit. If insufficient information is provided, the AT&T IT representative will coordinate with the designated IT representative.
