The Alerts section of the eBill Home page displays only your current, unread alerts. An alert is removed from the Alerts section after you click on it, or a more recent alert of the same type occurs. Note that Premier eBill retains your alerts for up to three months (90 days) after the alert is created.
- Click View Alerts History.
