The Hierarchy List page displays all available hierarchies created by or assigned to you.
On this page you can:
- Delete existing hierarchies.
- Create new hierarchies.
- Edit existing hierarchies.
- Clone (copy) existing hierarchies to save time when creating a new hierarchy similar to an existing one.
- Assign users to a specific hierarchy.
- Upload an AT&T WIN Advantage® custom chart. This process loads a custom chart file (.ccf suffix) from WIN Advantage® (Rev. 8.1 and 9.0) and creates a new Custom Hierarchy based on the custom chart.
- Click New.
