To the left of each report you'll notice three icons that represent the different output formats: Online Presentation, Microsoft® Excel®, and PDF. To immediately run a predefined report in a particular format using its default system values, click the corresponding icon.
Most reports appear online. If a report exceeds the processing time limit for online display, it's automatically run offline. You'll find your offline reports, along with copies of your online reports (excluding those generated as Online Presentations), listed on the Report History page.
