Depending on your user role and profile, you can include data from one or more foundation accounts and from billing accounts for up to 16 months of prior billing data. Unless you change the data set here or on the modification page for a specific report, the data set you chose on the Reports Home page is retained throughout the reporting session.

  • To change the invoice period, click By Month or By Date, and then select a different invoice date or month from the list. Remember this selection determines which foundation accounts and billing account are available to you.

  • To change foundation accounts, click the FAN link. You can locate a foundation account number by entering its digits in the Search FANs text box or by using the scroll bars. Select one or more foundation account numbers by clicking the checkbox next to the number you want. When you're done, click Close. Note that the FAN link displays the selected foundation account number or Multiple FANs (if more than one was selected). All the billing account numbers associated with the selected foundation accounts will be included by default (ALL BANs).

  • To change billing accounts, click the BAN link. Only billing accounts associated with the selected foundation account are listed. You can locate a billing account number by entering its digits in the Search BANs text box or by using the scroll bars. Select one or more billing account numbers by clicking the checkbox next to the number you want. When you're done, click Close. Note that the BAN link displays the selected billing account number or Multiple BANs (if more than one was selected).
