Select a Payment Method
When you click either Payment Arrangements or Pay Now, the Make a Payment page appears. In the Payment Method section, you can make a payment using a credit card, a check card, or an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Other options available vary, depending on the status of your account. Other options can include:
- At any AT&T company-owned retail store (fees may apply):
- On the Make a Payment page under Payment Method, select In Store.
- Click Store Locator to find a store location near you.
- By mail:
- On the Make a Payment page under Payment Method, select By Mail.
- Click View and print remittance form.
- On the Account Remittance page, a summary of your bill is displayed. Click View Remittance Form (PDF) to print a copy. Send this form with your payment to the address indicated on your bill.
- By phone (fees may apply):
- On the Make a Payment page under Payment Method, select By Phone.
- Call 800.331.0500 or 611 from your mobile phone. For deaf or hard of hearing customers (TTY/TDD), call 866.241.6567.
- Online:
- On the Make a Payment page under Payment Method, select Online.
- Click AT&T Premier. The Premier homepage opens.
- Click Billing to go to the Billing homepage to make your payment.
