AT&T Premier eBill Tutorial

AT&T Next and Premier eBill

With the AT&T Next℠ plan, a subscriber can purchase a new smartphone economically by spreading the cost of the device over a set number of months, with a low installment payment due monthly. The current charges for the billing account associated with the wireless numbers automatically includes the monthly installment payments along with the service charge and any past due balance. As a Premier eBill administrator, you can pay this total invoice amount using the One Time Payment page.

Each wireless number's installment plan specifies details such as the cost of the device, the amount being financed, the amount of each monthly payment, the number of payments until the device is paid in full, and the number of payments that must be paid before the device is eligible for an upgrade (that is, 12 or 18 months).

For eligible installment plans, administrators can pay off the balance and own the device now, or they can pay to upgrade the device now by paying the number of installments required. A Pay Off and Pay To Upgrade payment, toward one or more installment plans, can be included with the total invoice amount when making a payment using the One Time Payment page. This enables Premier eBill administrators to pay everything online with a single transaction.

One Time Payment page

If any of the wireless numbers under this billing account are on an AT&T Next℠ installment plan, use the Amount section to pay the total invoice amount (including the monthly installment), or pay only the past due balance (if any), or any other amount.

Note: If you pay more than the Total Invoice Amount (that is, you enter an Other Amount), the extra amount is credited to the account, not to future installment payments.

Below the Amount section is an Installment Plan Payments section with a Pay to upgrade now or pay off installment plans link.
